We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order, but of course, this is possible. You can cancel your order, or part of it, yourself in your account.

Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account HERE.
- Go to the overview of your orders
- Click on the order you want to change
- In the next screen, you can select which product(s) you want to cancel. Select all products to cancel your entire order.
- Click on ‘cancel’.

The purchase amount will be refunded to your account. If you have canceled the entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded. For a partial cancellation, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on your bank, the refund can take up to 12 days. We have no control over this.
