Not happy with (part of) your order after all? Register your return within 30 days of delivery via the DHL returns portal. Returns are free of charge and can be made without providing a reason. Please include your order number as a reference.

 

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount including the original shipping costs. Depending on your bank, this may take up to 12 days.

 

Note: returns received after the 30-day period will not be reimbursed.
